Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Lead to oversee our client's data solutions and manage quarterly product releases. This dual capacity role is crucial for leading the solution design to align with our data strategy and managing the product release cycle in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Solution Leadership: Lead the architecture and implementation of various data initiatives with Projects, focusing on maintaining data integrity, reliability, and accessibility.'
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to development teams, enhancing their abilities in data-related tasks and overall project contributions.
- Architecture and Data Preparation: Develop architecture and prepare data to support operational views and dashboards.
- Documentation: Responsible for the creation and maintenance of essential documentation.
- Task Management: Manage various tasks and address ad-hoc requests from the team as they arise.
- Product Release Oversight: Coordinate and execute quarterly product releases, ensuring alignment with the overall project roadmap.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development, data architecture, and product management.
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ideally with experience managing fortnightly sprints.
- Advanced knowledge and skills in AWS and Snowflake platforms.
- Ability to provide leadership and technical guidance to a development team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Contract: 6-month contract
