About the Role
A large organisation is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Business Analyst to support critical security initiatives. This role will analyse business and technical requirements, identify security risks, and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance cybersecurity frameworks and processes. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring cyber security strategies align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

This 5-month contract with a hybrid work model offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact security program in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for cyber security initiatives.
• Identify security risks, gaps, and process improvements to enhance cyber resilience.
• Work closely with security, IT, and business teams to develop and implement security controls and solutions.
• Assist in aligning cyber security projects with compliance, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and risk assessments to support security program objectives.
• Prepare reports, business cases, and security documentation for project deliverables.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on cybersecurity projects.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
• Familiarity with security tools, technologies, and best practices.
