About the Role: We're on the lookout for a talented Freelance/Fractional Salesforce Architect to support a highly regarded social enterprise in Melbourne. With a small but passionate Salesforce team, this organisation is creating real social impact. They need someone who can bring both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise to help optimise their Salesforce platform. This role requires 1 day per week on-site in the Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic advice on Salesforce architecture and long-term planning.
• Provide hands-on technical support to optimise and enhance the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with a small internal Salesforce team to align the platform with business objectives.
• Attend on-site meetings in Melbourne CBD once per week, balancing high-level strategy with technical tasks.

About You:

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a mix of strategic and technical skills.
• A proven ability to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions within small teams or social enterprises.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Available for 1 day per week on-site in Melbourne CBD.
