Summary 

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system configurations. 
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of features. 
• Conduct gap analysis to determine system customisations needed for fulfilling business objectives. 
• Provide expert advice on ERP/CRM best practices and optimisation strategies. 
• Facilitate user training and support post-implementation to ensure effective adoption of the ERP/CRM systems.
